Know which doors to knock before you leave the car
Every single-family home in the territory gets a Door Score: how likely it is to become a multi-service, multi-year HouseAccount customer. Each score comes with the reasons, a public source and a date for every one, so a rep can check it and say it at the door.
Public summary
Where the strongest doors cluster
Average Door Score per hexagon (about 300 m across). A hexagon only shows when it holds at least 5 homes, and its average only when at least that many are scored; this page never shows an address: door-level data sits behind the access code.
Method · FR-007, FR-008
One score, three factors, every reason sourced
The score is the home's percentile within the territory of three factors multiplied together. A door needs all three to rank high.
Door Score = percentile( P × V × R )
P · will they engage?
New movers (deed in the last 24 months), tenure, recent permits (they hire out), home age, and the share of the 8 nearest neighbours pulling permits.
V · how many services?
Service needs. From overhead imagery, only the three signals that passed blind validation score: a pool means pool care, a kept lawn means lawn care, a deck or patio means cleaning and staining. From public records: lot size (more lawn to care for) and home age (older homes mean HVAC and roofs). Signals that failed validation, such as trees over the roof, do not score.
R · can a rep reach them?
Owner-occupied (absentee owners go to a separate landlord list), and how many other homes sit within 150 m for an efficient walk.
Evidence rules
- Every reason shows its source and date.
- Values filled in from neighbours are marked inferred and never shown as evidence.
- The imagery model's calls are measured against a blind label set on the eval page.
What we refuse to infer
- No owner names or owner mailing addresses, ever (Daniel's Law).
- No guesses about a household: income, family, ethnicity.
- No Google Maps imagery: public NJ and USGS imagery only.
